Soul Mission documents a five year collaboration between Toronto pianist Brian Dickinson & Boston saxophonist Jerry Bergonzi. It was recorded in an effortless four hour session at the conclusion of one of this quartet’s many engagements at Toronto’s Top o’ the Senator.It features original compositions both by Jerry & Brian as well as stellar rhythm section playing by Jim Vivian & Ted Warren.
